Linzhang Xinhui Carbon sales Co., Ltd. ("XinHui Carbon" for short) was founded in 2004 and located in Handan city ,Hebei province .Here is the   "North China Carbon Base", It has convenient transportation . Our factory is 2.5 hours away from Beijing airport and 3 hours from Tianjin sea port.

XinHui Carbon is a technology-based joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production, R&D and sales of carbon products. Company cover an area around 23,000m2, with employees 230 . There are 30& 41Mn electrode extrusion machine . 36 Ring Bake Fumace rooms, Vertical Pich Impregnation.16000kva large DC graphitizing furnace LWG Graphitization. full automatic production line and other NC machines tool electrode and nipples .3000m2 warehouse and packing rooms.

Products covered Φ100-Φ700mm Regular power graphite electrode (RP),High power graphite electrode ( HP) and Ultrahigh graphite electrode ( UHP),yearly output 30000 tons .Beyond that our company offer graphite powder and carburant.

Before sales service: discussion with steel mill technicians to get specific requirement of electrode and no-site measurement and supervision on electrode connection before electrodes are put into furnace.

In sales service: discussion and evaluation on electrode performance with steel mill technicians.

After sales service: periodically vist customer to get specific performance results and listen to feedback and suggestion from steel mills. Improve product quality continuously to meet customers requirement.

Quality Tracking: timely handle quality discrepancy put forward by customer, solve quality discrepancy and dispatch technicians to jobsite for tracking service according to specific site conditions to find out reason of the problem for continuous improvement of product quality. Continuously to meet customers requirement.
